The main purpose of this project is development of an internet system for contracts registration. The system should supply proposals of model contracts concerning specyfic cases (college, consortium and company cooperation) with capability to modify and extend them. The system should store information about signed contracts together with list of persons (teams) responsible for contracts. The system should enable to search contents and to show their state of realization (preparing, signing, completion, suspension, conclusion). It should be developed in the JEE technology.
